Has anyone put their garden in yet? I did and it's looking pretty pitiful

So sad.
Re: Gardens
Me! My broccoli, kale, spinach, onions, and root veggies look great. My tomatoes and peppers don't look bad but they don't look great. I've been covering them every night, but I still think they get too cold. I'm hoping they pull through. If not, I guess I'll start some from seed.
I still have planted my cukes, zuchinis, okra, or beans.

I literally just finished planting last night. Strawberries are hanging in there. I've got corn, pepper and tomato sprouts.
We have so many large natural rocks in our yard that I had the girls pick up buckets full and they outlined each of the veggie beds with them. That's a lot of rocks! lol
Actually, a lot of crops can go in while the threat of a frost is still looming: kohlrabi, spinach, kale, broccoli, radishes, beets, carrots, peas, cabbage, onions, and potatoes all do well in colder conditions. Some of them actually perform better in cold weather.
It's best to wait until after Mother's Day to plant cukes, tomatoes, peppers, zuchinnis, beans, and okra. I was naughty this year. I got anxious and now I might be paying for it. :-(
