So I'm officially a geek - we're having new vinyl floors put int he kitchen and we're carpeting our WHOLE downstairs which includes our living room and a little office space and getting rid of the horrible 70's linoleum/tile mixture that you usually see in KMart and the horribly stained and smelly berber carpet. And I'm SO excited!
I'm currently holed up in my room with the boys, listening to them work and watching Glee... can't wait to see the finished product!
And does this make me officially an adult?
Re: New flooring!
Fun! It is going to look great! Can't wait to see pics.
And yes, being excited about flooring gets you the adult status. We just subscribed to have the Sunday paper delivered and decided that makes us official grown ups! ha.
The aim of life is to live, and to live means to be aware; joyously, drunkenly, serenely, divinely aware. -Henry Miller
