Bakeries-does your town have one?
I really am thinking about getting a part-time job (one or two days a week) at a bakery. The problem is, there are hardly any bakeries around me! Like real, small town bakeries.
I looked at Target, Byerly's and am even looking at Cub.
Do you have a bakery in town where you live?
I love to bake and would love to get to work in a bakery just learning and absorbing everything about the bakery world. This is all in line with my pipe dream of owning my own bakery/coffee shop.

We sometimes walk to Wuollet Bakert in Robbinsdale, otherwise I like Cake Box bakery in Crystal.
where in FL? I would love to find a good bakery close!
OP, there's also Grandma's Bakery. I know there is one in White Bear, but I know they have other locations. There's also taste of scandinavia (they do the baking for our local grocery). You could look for wedding cakes too, most of those will be bakeries
(jkb, queen of cakes, etc)
my read shelf:
It is on Lake St (61) if you are heading north it is just past the roundabout, on the left hand side of the street. I believe it is called Country Home, you have to walk down a few steps to get into the bakery.
oooh! That's right across the street from the ILs!
I'll have to wander over the next time we're up there.
Nelson's in Hopkins. It's also a meat market.
