Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

F/U to "job advice"
So...after mulling it over for more than a week, and after talking to you guys, DH, my parents, and a few coworkers...I've decided to take the plunge. I emailed the "big boss" this morning and let her know that I'd like to be considered for the Department Supervisor's job. It's technically her decision, but I know that she's going to depend heavily on the opinion of another supervisor...the one who loves me and was basically begging me to please consider taking the job. So unless something really weird happens (or the big boss refuses to give the job to someone who doesn't have a Master's degree), I should be getting promoted pretty soon! I'll keep you posted.
