Speaking of shoes
Have any of you ever seen some kind of insert/cushion that you put on the back of a shoe to keep it from rubbing on your heel/Achille's tendon? I feel like something like that must exist, but I'm having trouble finding it in stores and searching for it online. If anyone has seen that, tell me where, or what it's called, or the brand, or SOMETHING. Thanks!

OMG thank you! I'm buying them now. And some of the other kind to go in my shoes, where they rub on my pinky toe.
When this order comes in, I'm going to be doctoring up a bunch of shoes! I actually have two really cute pairs of flats that I never wear because they tear up the back of my feet so bad, and a few pair of heels I won't wear in summer because they make my pinky toes ugly during flip flop season.
Yeah, my issue is with shoes that are slightly too big. My heel moves in them, and when it comes back down it kind of snags on the back of the shoe, and with repeated steps it winds up rubbing to the point that it breaks the skin.
