Finish my outfit?
Anyone want to finish an outfit?
I bought a dress yesterday to wear to a wedding Sunday. (It's California and it's outside so it's pretty casual.) I tried looking online to give you a better picture but couldn't find the dress anywhere.
The picture came out darker than it really is but this gives a little idea.
Shoe choices are black ballet flats or red Mary Janes (boring, I know!). Which shoes would you choose and what would you do as far as belt and jewelry?

I love wedges too but heels and I had a divorce when DH and I started dating. We're the same height and he doesn't really like being shorter than me -- it was a fair trade.
So I'm just sticking with shoes I already have this time around.

Def. Red shoes. I LOVE red shoes.
For jewelry, I'd go with either a long strand of pearls or something colorful and chunky.
I am probably a bit more conservative on this one, but with your simple dress, i would wear the ballet flats. The mary janes seem overly funky and casual to me. I would add a black patent belt and a longer hanging silver necklace and fun clutch.
I would go with the red shoes and see if you can get a red belt or purse. I think a gray belt could also work w/red shoes/purse.
I'd wear a silver necklace that comes just below my collar bone, something simple. And some equally simple earrings. Hair up...maybe with a red accent...flower or something?

I was definitely already thinking of a flower! I used to wear them ALL the time. I only have my white wedding one now but I'm hoping to find another one because I think a colored one might be better.
