Does this sound good, or gross?
I'm going to a party and I have to bring a Mexican appetizer. I don't want to make salsa or guacamole. What if I took ground beef, cooked it up like a taco filling, combined it with some tomatoes, and then made little pocket with phillo dough filled with the meat stuff? And then served it with a lime cilantro sour cream.
Does that sound good or gross?
And I was also thinking of making churro cupcakes.
