I figured I would start this today since I haven't seen a post yet.

I'll join your Thankful Thursday, because I'm feeling grumpy and need a reminder that really I'm just acting like a spoiled brat. So first off, I'm thankful for the reminder that I have things for which I am thankful!
I'm also thankful for good neighbors who are knowledgeable and happy to help in any way. I love my neighbors. Even though I really want to move, they are the reason we're staying put.
Ok, so this is 1/2 thankful and 1/2 whine...
I am thankful that when my FIL fell through my ceiling today, he didn't get hurt. Yes, that's right, my FIL was here helping with the upstairs bathroom reno (which just got a lot bigger than we guessed it would be because ALL the plumbing needed to be replaced) and he fell through the ceiling to the downstairs bathroom. I am also thankful we decided to go big on the redo, because we uncovered 2 cracked pipes that we would have been tying the new plumbing into, and another leak, so once we had it all tiled over we would have been screwed. The house is a distaster, but we have 1 working bathroom, no one has died or been hurt yet, and I think it will all be put back together by Memorial Day. Oy. I just want to do my nursery!
