AW: We accepted an offer!
Our house sold MUCH faster than we were anticipating - though we had it priced so low that.....maybe I shouldn't have been surprised. We still have to pass inspection and I'm a little worried about the comps in our area and the appraisal but.....so far so good!
And now we need to find a place to live....FAST! We're interested in lake houses and have been looking in Waterford, Lake Orion and Clarkston. If that doesn't work out we're considering Rochester, though I'm not in love with it as much. I work in Auburn Hills and DH works in Troy.
Since the Nestie vibe seems to work so well, please keep your fingers crossed that closing on our house goes smoothly!
