For the first time in years, I actually took pics of my costume, so I want to brag.

My favorite accessory: I couldn't find a flag pin anywhere, so I made something similar out of red, white and blue rhinestones.

ETA: The top was too big (we safety pinned it), and the skirt was wayyyy too tight. DH had sutures, so he sewed me in (a perk to being married to a future surgeon - he knows how to sew!)
