Re: It's Friday, everybody get down on Friday! Weekend plans
dinner at mom's tonight - they are resurrecting the extended family dinners we had every single friday nite growing up. while it's awesome that i don't have to cook, i am just exhausted by friday afternoons. and i have to prep thursday nites for ava to sleep over there and pack some food and stuff for the baby's dinner too. so i have mixed feelings on it - lol!
saturday - get ava from my parents' and go to dance class. take baby with me. dh has dentist appt. i am getting another haircut at 1pm (turned out that the one i got 2 weeks ago wasn't very good - it's all uneven and i have not been able to style even once since i first washed it
- neither curly nor straight). we'll probably have movie nite for dinner - and i'd love a trip to a clothing store late afternoon since i still need something to wear for our photos this month.
sunday - attempting breakfast out with my little family. pick up herbs at garden center for my mom. food shopping and laundry. drop off ava's gift at mil's on the way to my mom's for dinner-i'm feeling generous - i'll give us 15 min with dh's step-mom.

Today: Working all day then DH has a softball game this evening, then dinner at the firehouse following the game.
Tomorrow: Working at the dentist in the am.. mani/pedi in the afternoon and getting some last minute things for our trip. In the evening, hibachi dinner with my family for mother's day.
Sunday.. Leaving for the airport at 430am to spend the week with Mickey

Tonight - go for a walk since it is beautiful out, make dinner since we've been sloths lately, and probably watch a movie or catch up on TV
Tomorrow - meeting a friend for a walk @ Rockland Lake, brunch, and maybe a movie. In the evening probably make dinner again
Sunday - Mother's Day aka the most dramatic day of the year and I can't wait for it to be over! Instead of planting at MIL's this year she has chosen to be a martyr since B's grandparents just moved into an assisted living place she wants everyone including faux aunt, uncle, and kids to meet there for a meal to celebrate. The meal is at 1pm and in Westchester so this isn't very convenient as we are having a 5/6ish dinner with my family. We first tried to move it to Cheesecake at 11am but they aren't taken reservations for mother's day and then B has asked if instead she can just have a breakfast with us in Warwick before she heads down there and the answer is no... her only wish and hopes and desires is for him to be there for the 1pm lunch as long as he can before having to head to my family which is like an hour. Thanks for being accommodating. So in the end I think we will head over to said assisted living and having breakfast there with his grandparents and hang out then go to Ruth Chris order a salad appetizer hang for an hour with everyone then go to my parents house and head out to dinner with them in the evening.
Mon - B is off so we'll probably just grocery shop and who knows what elseTonight- picking Grandpa up from dialysis then dinner and cleaning my house and laundry
Saturday- drs appt at 10am and i think my DH has plans to rip out a bush we want to get rid of
Sunday- heading to moms to cook breakfast, seeing her and grandma. Then home to make dinner and having my MIL and SFIL over.
Tonight going to Edos for my (little) brothers 27th bday (how did that happen?!?!)
Sat, i want to take layla to the stamford nature center. and sun..nothing...yet
Tonight I am making dinner at home. DH has some studying to do for a certification exam he is taking. Between tonight and tomorrow I have a bunch of things to do to get ready for Mother's Day!! I am so behind, which is very unlike me. I still have to get gifts for both my mom and MIL, a couple of cards, go food shopping, plan my menu, clean our apartment. I was hoping to get to my workout class tomorrow plus maybe a movie tomorrow night, but that we'll have to play it by ear.
Sunday we are taking my mom out to brunch and then hosting dinner at our place for Mother's Day with my mom and in-laws.
Well, tonight my BIL is taking Mini to Chuck E Cheese so I have a bit of time to myself. I could go to the gym but I'll probably just stay home and fiddle with my ipad. I'm guessing she'll be home by 7 or so. This means I can have ice cream for dinner! YAY!
MH is off this weekend. Tomorrow morning we're going out for breakfast/brunch. Probably Grand Lux Cafe? Out and about shopping for the day. Tomorrow night we are going to MrMags' grammar school reunion in the Bronx. If that sucks we'll meet up with some of my friends in the city for drinks.
Sunday we are avoiding other people during the day, then the 3 of us have dinner reservations at Maggianos at 5.
today- gym, stew leonards, dinner at home, and maybe some laundry
tomorrow- cooking some stuff during the day for sunday, at night going to nj out to dinner and dropping sue off at my parents (dad and stepmom). it should be interesting b/c they have only watched her once and im worried how she'll do- she doesnt know them as well as her other grandparents.
sunday- having brunch at my house for mom, mil, great aunt and a few others. after they leave- relaxing!
Tonight: not sure. Might go to a bar to see my bro and his FI. It's her bday
Tomorrow: shopping and then it's date night
Sunday: out to lunch with mom.

Tonight, I'm being dragged to see Thor. I know I can say no, but if I say no, then I don't see Hubby and he's been pouting that he wants me to go with him. Only saving grace is that the guy playing Thor is hot.
Saturday I have to work. I MIGHT go out Sat. night, but the bar my friend's band is playing at I hate, so I don't know.
Sunday. *sigh* Doing my best to not listen to all the jibes made toward me about my weight, my cooking, and other comments both my Mother and MIL can spew out. Deal with my brother and his kids. When really, all I would like is to sleep late, go hang out and generally just have a day with just my Hubs and my son, but that can't happen.
Tonight: C has a flag football game, then I'm sure we'll end up going out some where.
Tomorrow: Chores around the house, church, movie
Sunday: WORK!!!
tonight - car wash maybe some ice cream with friend.
tomorrow - therapy then H.A.N.D.S Remembrance Ceremony at Vassar Brothers. Doing a reading.
Tomorrow night? If j is around maybe the drive in.
Sunday ::::gasp:::: going to NJ for mother's day. This year spending it with J's step mom.
New rule for 2011 - i am sick and tired of being traveling circus so one holiday = one family. And if they don't like it, though noogies. of all our family I spend 20+ hours just commuting and cannot and will not continue to spend weekends going to Jersey for every.single.event.
Tonight - Jewlery Party with my mom
2morrow - Laundry and spending time with me and the TV
Sunday - Mothers day dinner at Maestro's in the Bronx - with my fam and MIL!
Tonight- running to the mall to get mothers day gifts. then out to dinner with dh and our coworkers
Saturday- going to finish some registry stuff at buy buy baby and babies r us in paramus... mani/pedi.. food shopping.. while dh is out for the day. church the dinner with IL for MIL birthday!
Sunday- Mothers Day lunch with MIL and dinner with my mom...

tonight we are celebrating our own mother's day (just the three of us) since it will be our only opportunity.
tomorrow - haircuts for the boys, I need my eyebrows waxed BAAADLY, foodshopping, bank and other errands and then all of us going to our friend's house to watch the yankee game.
sunday - for the first time we're going to hit both of our mother's houses for mother's day. This should prove very interesting (and exhausting). Breakfast at my mom's house in rockland and then over to his mom's house in putnam for later afternoon. We figured A can nap on the hour or so car ride over.
another exhausting weekend ahead...I seriously need one where I can just sleep. do those exist anymore??
