Do you use your library? No, my sister does though
When was the last time you were there? never been there, but my sister has.
What do you use it most for? (Books, movies, CD's, books on tape, computer) N/A...but if I were to go it would be books. My sister went there to study and research.
Are you happy with its size? I have heard it is decent.
How often are you there? See above, never. My sister went at least 3 times a week when she was preparing for the MCAT.
If you don't use the library - why not? Because I don't need to. I don't read very much and I am not in school anymore so I don't need a place to study. If I was a reader and a student, I would probably go.

Are you happy with its size? Yes, and I like that you can easily put books on hold and have them transferred from other libraries
How often are you there? not too often, maybe once every couple months

Are you happy with its size? yes - plus there are several branches so i have a lot of options.
How often are you there? a couple times a month - they have a baby playgroup every week that i try and go to.

Do you use your library? Definitely. DH and I found out we pay $19 a MONTH in taxes to the library alone, so hells yeah.
When was the last time you were there? Couple weeks ago (Canton library).
What do you use it most for? (Books, movies, CD's, books on tape, computer) CDs, books, and movies. I'm a major 'copier' of CDs and piano sheet music....VERY BAD!!! lol I also look at books I wouldn't normally buy or am unsure if I like it enough to even buy the Kindle version (e.g. like some pregnancy books, history books, biographies, etc). To actually read full books though, I use the Kindle or GoodReader on my iPad.
They also have a second hand book store through which I have found books I've wanted for nearly 90% OFF. The library also makes it super easy to donate books - you just drop them off around back and pickup a sheet pre-signed by them (for tax purposes).
Are you happy with its size? Yup. Plus, they seem bigger b/c I can request materials from other libraries to be sent to my library for checkout.
How often are you there? Once every few weeks.
If you don't use the library - why not? I HATE feeling like I'm wasting money, so I definitely use it.
