As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

BTW, I was running around Seneca Lake this weekend (literally, the Seneca 7 race, it was AWESOME!) and I SWEAR we ran past the cemetery that our Nest Wine Tour broke down in front of!!!!
Anywho, I saw some tri talk from a little while back and wanted to let interested ladies know that I, too, am a tri geek. I'm on beginnertriathlete.com as wittycitygirl and I'm a part of the Broome County Triathlon Club www.broomecountytriathlonclub.com .
