Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. Hannah - Another zucchini idea

Since you said you're on a zucchini kick...thought I'd share this with you.  I made it last night after I started throwing a bunch of stuff together and it was delicious!

Cut zucchini into coins and put into casserole dish (I just used a small dish)
Top with Philly cooking creme (I used Italian cheese and herb)
Add frozen peas
Layer a bit of shredded mozzerella cheese
Crumble Ritz crackers on top
Bake at 400 for 20-25 minutes (at least with the amount and dish size that I used, this was the perfect time/temperature)
