Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. Hannah - Another zucchini idea
Since you said you're on a zucchini kick...thought I'd share this with you. I made it last night after I started throwing a bunch of stuff together and it was delicious!
Cut zucchini into coins and put into casserole dish (I just used a small dish)
Top with Philly cooking creme (I used Italian cheese and herb)
Add frozen peas
Layer a bit of shredded mozzerella cheese
Crumble Ritz crackers on top
Bake at 400 for 20-25 minutes (at least with the amount and dish size that I used, this was the perfect time/temperature)

I like the cooking cremes....I know I could probably make it myself a lot cheaper, but they are so easy to use!
This is what we're talking about.
The "recipe" above is the first time I've used it and it's SO good. You can use it in pastas, with chicken, etc. Yum!

Oh wow that looks so good! I can think of a few things I'd like to use that with already. I don't think I've ever noticed this at the store.. I'll have to check it out this weekend.
