Prenatal yoga recs, please!
I want to start a prenatal yoga class, but it's been so long since I did regular yoga, I'm not even sure where to look for a class. I used to go to All That Matters in Wakefield, but that's too far away now.
I live in Smithfield, so I guess anywhere in Northern RI or as far south as Cranston or so would be okay. Thanks for your help!
Re: Prenatal yoga recs, please!
When in June do you think you'd want to start? I think I might want to start sooner than June, but they have that 10 class card, where you can go to any 10 classes in a 3 month period, and I think I might be into that. I would probably mix up some Tuesdays and Saturdays, though. I'm a bad yoga partner, I guess.
The Bellani class wouldn't be so far, and the 10 class pass is $10 cheaper than Motion Center (though it's probably $10 in gas to get myself there!), but it's only on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I like that I could go on Saturday mornings sometimes.

Breathing Time Yoga on the Pawt/Prov line. Classes are Wed evenings and Sat mornings. I went through my entire pregnancy and loved everything about it-- the instructor, the physical space, and the cost (was the most reasonable I found when I was searching). $96 for an 8 class card (to be used w/in 3 months)...
Good luck!! It's SO worth it. I felt incredible until I gave birth... I think yoga had everything to do with it...
Ooh, this is even cheaper, even if you "drop-in" for two more classes to make it 10, it still works out to a couple of bucks less. 7:30-9:00 feels late on a weeknight, though. . . Decisions, decisions.
