Is it too late to follow up?
I had an interview 3 weeks ago for a nursing position and have yet to hear anything back, under normal circumstances I would just assume that they were not interested in me. However, I know for a fact that this hospital sends "no thank you" rejection emails and I haven't gotten one of those either (I checked my spam folder thoroughly).
Anyway, the only contact info I have is for the hr recruiter who set up the interview w/ me. Would you follow up w/ her at this point or is it too late? And if I do reach out to her, how on earth do I phrase things?
Any advise is greatly appreciated!

Re: Is it too late to follow up?
I would contact them. Maybe they did not yet make a decision or things have changed as to what they were offering. You can ask about the status of your application, if they position has been filled, you may or may not want to inquire if they need anything else from you.
At my current job, it took about 3 months prior to being hired due to their own internal processes.
