BR: Ellen's Mother Day Specials
Yesterday was Ellen's Mother's Day special, the whole audience was expecting, first time moms and she gave away a ton of cool baby stuff. On her website today there are sales of a lot of the products of up to 40% off http://ellen.warnerbros.com/bigmothersday/ Most of the sales are only good for today and some of them had a limit and have sold out already, but there are still some good deals if any of you are interested.
I bought the 411 books and a kokopax carrier and am contemplating buying either a Britax convertible carseat or stroller (do I really want to spend $300 on a stroller?!).
For any of you thinking you might get pregnant for the first time and will be pregnant next Mother's Day, definitely try to get in the audience for Ellen's show next year! They got products valued at $6500 - even a washer and dryer! I was so jealous watching it yesterday.

I was lucky enough to be in the audience for the Mother's Day Show in 2009 when I was pregnant with Owen. It was by far one of the most amazing experiences ever!!!! I still can't believe I was there

I've seen it the last few years, unfortunately never when I was pg, or I would have loved to have gone, DD was born in March & DS was born May 17th, so obviously I couldn't make a trip to CA.
It's fun to watch though.

haha yeah, pretty much!!! It was very cool
We ended up with tons of stuff. Big ticket items were a dishwasher, crib with mattress, crib bedding, stroller, carseat, 6 months supply of diapers, baby monitor, and digital camera...... there were a bunch of smaller things too. It was pretty much one of the coolest things I have ever done/been a part of 
That's amazing!!! Congratulations. That must have saved so much money! I really wish I got the new washer/dryer she gave away.
