Poll: Casey Anthony Guilty or Not-Guilty?
Totally judging from the crappy news reports, no scientific evidence to back up claims here, what do you think?
Guilty or Not Guilty?
Re: Poll: Casey Anthony Guilty or Not-Guilty?
I think she's guilty. This is why. I read a book about the case, and I know a lot of that is probably heresay, BUT...
1. I dont think she killed her by herself. I think something happened to Caylee and she was too scared to ask for help and as a result put her body in the back of her car and disposed of it in the woods. She stayed with so many different people, and had different boyfriends etc, so who knows what really happened to her.
2. The main reasons I think she is guilty is because of all the lies she told. Your daughter goes missing for over a month and you dont report it? You make up a false babysitter? You tell the cops you work at Universal, go so far as to WALK them into an office building at Universal, and then turn around and admit you really didnt work their?
3. I think she was a neglectful parent and as a result her child ended up dead. Rather than face up to it, she tried to concoct a story. The smell was so bad in the trunk their is NO way it was rotting pizza. Also, you were out PARTYING during the time you claim you had no idea where your child was???? Bizarre.
Guilty. For sure.
I find it so heartbreaking that someone could harm a 3 year old in that way. Especially now that I am a parent. Poor Caylee, she didn't deserve to die and be dumped in the woods

I lived in Massachusetts in 2008, so the news coverage I got was probably considerably less than down here. I don't know a lot of details of the case, but remember thinking she couldn't be an innocent woman - because how could an innocent woman remain so calm when here child was missing.
