It's dead around here

WFD? I'm making skillet lasagna and salad tonight, but I need one more meal idea for this week.

Re: Is anyone here?? WFD?
I think we are having some baked fish and broccoli.
And seriously....where is everyone? I keep coming over here to check, but there's nothing going on, so I go lurk on other boards.
I defrosted some frozen mahi mahi; hopefully broiling it w/ some olive oil and lemon. I don't know what veggie to make though. I have fresh butternut squash and brocolli and maybe some cous cous.
I'm dying for spaghetti lately so I may make that tomorrow; Wednesday is CFA night (woohoo!) and Thursday I'll make chicken w/ black beans and rice and Friday. ... maybe Sausage w/ something ___
I'm not sure... we have left over shrimp cocktail so I should do something with it but I dont want the shrimp to become anymore rubbery by recooking, ya know???
I also have chicken in wine sauce in my back pocket with noodles and zuccini, just in case.
I would make shrimp salad sandwiches. On croissants! Sorry, everything is sounding good to me today.

Ooo, would you share the recipe for BBQ Apple Chicken?
5 cats. 1 baby.
Sure. It is actually from a girls blog from over on the whats cooking board. here is the link http://stephaniecooks.blogspot.com/2009/07/grilled-bbq-apple-chicken.html
I wanted to let it marinate over night though so i used 1 cup of BBQ sauce and 1/2 Cup of Apple Butter mixed a little water in to thin it out just a little bit. I also didnt put the spices on it quite yet. i will probably do that when i go to put them on the grill. I will make sure i let you know how it turns out.
