Moving in June!
It seems to be a theme around here! DH and I signed a lease on a condo and move in June! We'll be on vacation the week of the 1st, so we move after that. I am excited because my commute will be shaved down from anywhere from 45 minutes to 1:15 to 8 WHOLE MINUTES TOPS. Yes, that required all caps because I have been driving this commute for 4 years and not only will we be saving mucho on gas, I will also have about 2 hours of my life back every day. I. Can't. Wait.
As happy as I am about the move, I'm sad to leave our place. It was our first home together and with all the annoyances, I really did love living here. I cleaned up the yard today and actually got teary because our new place is in a building so we won't have the yardspace anymore to host cookouts and stuff. I keep telling myself that someday we'll own a house and have yardspace again and it'll be glorious!
Anyways, now we have to pack and figure out the logistics of the move. It's exciting, I can't wait to get rid of stuff! haha
