Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

FI with the pets
FI has never had pets before, so moving in with the cats has been a learning experience. He's so afraid of being bit that he's overly cautious right now. But its adorable watching them together.
He bought a ton of cat toys yesterday. He was disappointed when the cats weren't super interested in them. I caught him telling the cats to be good for me today because I was stressed. And that he loved them, just didn't know how to pet them right or be less scary because he's big. This morning he told me Herc needed to learn some privacy. I guess he was peeing and Herc popped his head up on the toilet to check out what was happening. Herc took to him right away, but Sun is taking awhile to come around.
We all know my cats are my babies. Its nice that they are adjusting well, because I would be heartbroken if FI didn't like them.

my h used to be the same way. now he talks baby talk and is more protective of them than me. i'm sure one will bond with him and that will be "his" cat. it takes awhile though as you know so tell him to be patient!

H is like that with Puddin. If anyone ask about her he says he hates cats, but he talks baby talk to her all the time. He is definitely more concerned for her well fare then me.
