while i am familiar with the concept it is great to see it in pictures.
there is a lady at the gym i've been going to who is doing a biggest loser challenge with eating right and exercising. i remember seeing her the first time i went there (less then a month ago) and she was really big. i saw her yesterday and had to compliment her on how good she looked. it was amazing the difference. she said she has only lost a few pounds and i couldn't believe it! i would gladly keep the weight if i could lose the inches.

I have that article bookmarked to remind me that it is not the scale that's the goal here. It's looking and feeling better, and the scale is not the only measure of that!
