As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I know, I laughed and laughed when I saw that list. Apparently the creators of this list have never worked with pissy old people. I love my job, and many of the old people are sweet....but nasty old people? Miserable dizzy people? And I don't even work with kids because of the stress it would cause me....
I love the oldies, I do. MOST of them are great!
