I think I speak for everyone when I say WE LOVE YOU. We want you guys to come around more often. I feel like all three of you (and others) have a lot to add to our discussions and you're all really smart and funny. Don't let anyone make you feel like you're unwelcome here. I know the board can feel clique-y at times, that's a real thing, but that doesn't mean that we don't want you guys around. ((hugs))

I know you guys love me (I've been told so before!), but with the way work is and coming in late, I feel so dumb posting things that have already been said. Plus I never feel like I fit into anything (school, work, personal stuff)---I think it has something to do with my anxiety, but eh, que sera sera.
I really do appreciate all the love, and second (or third, fourth, whatever) lizzay, nee nee and charlsie. I miss them too.

I've never particularly felt like I've ever fit in anywhere. Remember the niner post secret about not ever having friends to sit with at lunch in school, and being amazed that someone liked me enough to want to marry me? Well, that was mine. It's true. And I don't mean that to sound self-pitying in anyway. And I guess I'm just not the typical girl around here - and that makes me feel like I don't have much to add most of the time. I'm conversative, don't wear make-up, dont' know anything about fashion, am not pregnant and I think the meanest thing I could ever muster was when I told SW2B that 3 cats in 1 condo sounded "stinky." But despite all that, I'm really not around anymore because of work.. and the battery cord for my laptop broke, so I only get to be online a few minutes a day. I would be if I could, but work/commuting/having to use Mark's desktop computer seriously limits all my on-line fun.

you pretty much took the words right out of my mouth. You said it so much better than I ever could have. Except I'm not as conservative as you and can be quite mean when I am baited.
And the self-pity thing is a big reason on why I'm not a PW! My life is very boring unless something bad is happening and in that case I don't clog the board with my "woe is me" posts. I think my kidney post was the first (or maybe second) time I posted about something like that.
Aww thanks Ames. You are so sweet. No one made me feel unwelcome. I just can only post at certain times and feel like I am a day late and a dollar short all the time, ha ha. I do feel like there are cliques or maybe things people are "known" for and I don't have a "thing." Ex., Rach and Smo were the fashion ones, Nooner is the cook, I love is the dog expert, etc. Maybe I just haven't connected with just one person yet.
I do like this board and enjoy reading up on stuff when I can.
Maybe some people should come play more at night!
Girl, we practically share a brain. Geography is the only reason we aren't IRL friends. We could seriously share some stories, I'm sure of it!
I know I wish we lived closer so we could do happy hour after work to de-stress! I do want to visit CO sometime, so maybe if we do we will try to GTG. I hear you are a great hostess!
Contrary to popular belief, I feel the same way you do in this regard. I mean, how awesome is it to be known as the Board B!tch and having people overlook just about every post you make? Not really. So when we have Kelly's ADITL -- and this in no way is meant to critiize Kelly's post -- no matter what I post, how I post it, what the post is regarding, even if someone else is doing exactly what I've done, the board desires to be them over me. So yeah... it's a bash to the ego and destroys my already low self-esteem.

I think we all kind of have that feeling whether we let it show or not. And FTR, I picked you a bunch of times!! Just not for any of the house ones, because our homes are actually pretty similar...I want to live on the edge!
