As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

When should I follow up?
I had the first interview 2 weeks ago, then last Wednesday I had a second round interview. Wednesday night, the HR director emailed me asking for 2 references and to sign a form for a background check. I submitted those on Thursday, and both of my references were called on Thursday as well. Its now Tuesday and I have not heard anything back from them about an offer or not. Do you think the background check is just taking a few days to come back in? There is nothing that would come back negative on the background check.
