So I got the ok to get a new desk chair. Recommendations from anyone? I sit at my desk most of the day in front of a computer. I have arms on my current chair but they seem to get in the way more than anything, especailly with my keyboard drawer, and I do not ever use them.
Otherwise any tips on picking one out of a big office book? TIA!

Re: Desk chair?
I used to work for an office furniture dealer. It's hard to pick out a chair from a catalog without ever sitting in it first, but try to get one that can be adjusted to your body to maximize comfort. Look for one that has an adjustable seat slider, height, arms and back. Mesh backs are usually more ergonomic. Also rule of thumb- the more a chair costs- the better it is.
The big names in furniture are Herman Miller, Steelcase, Knoll, Teknion, Allsteel, Hon. Hope that helps!!
