omg - husband funny misunderstanding
DD has a concert at school tomorrow. We missed the winter concert b/c she got sick. They only sent a flyer/announcement about the concert in her "Friday Folder" which is when then send all her artwork, menu, monthly calendar home. This is the first time there has been any mention of a spring concert and I didn't check her folder carefully until last night. So, I mention it to DH and go - oh, hey, there's concert on Thursday and we are just hearing about it now. And, I go off on my mini-vent about how annoying it that I have to take off of work at the last minute, blah, blah. We move on to other things.
This morning I send an email to my mother and MIL inviting them and apologizing for it being last minute, etc. MIL emails me back to say they will try to come. I text DH and tell him she's coming. He texts me back - "Oh, is DD singing?" Apparently when I said "concert" he thought it was an instrumental concert? Ummm - its a preschool - there's no band. He was in the band at school so he always thinks school concert = band and since DD doesn't play an instrument, this was't relevant to us.
Does anyone remember the time he got into a fight w/ the lady at the spa who told him they were open every other day?

Kathryn, what do they do at a preschool concert? This is new to me. LOL at the thought of the kids singing.

They have a music teacher once a week - so this is the concert.
I saw the video of the last concert and it was pretty insanely cute. Basically just a bunch of 2 years olds singing together. I think there were ~5 songs.
About 1/4 of them were belting the songs out, dancing, etc. totally into it, a few were sitting w/ their moms, teachers, etc. and didn't want to sing.
Its mostly to get them comfortable in front of a group.

Girl - every OTHER day!
DH - confused - so. ... Monday, Wednesday, Friday?
Girl - No - EVERY OTHER DAY
DH - annoyed and confused - so Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday?
Girl - annoyed and frustrated - no, we're open every other day BUT Sunday
DH - Ohhhhhhhh (and starts feeling an idiot) and then hang up b/c he's so flustered and embarrassed.
