  • I gained .4 lb this week.  But I also drank and ate like crap.  I suck.

  • This week, I am the fattest person in all the land. I have PMS and I am eating everything that is not nailed down. Except fruits and veg. I am avoiding those.

    I did zumba Monday, walked for 40 minutes outside at lunch yesterday, zumba today at lunch. Tomorrow another walk outside. Friday I might hit the treadmill.

  • I'm pretty sure it was just a fluke, but I got on the scale this morning and it said I was down 2.5 lbs. There's just no way, but I'll take it. I just need to remember to back away from the pretzels. I'm PMSy and even the slightest amount of salt makes me gain like 10 lbs. overnight. 

  • i was away in canada land until last night.  did NOT eat well and only ran once.  good news?  i am not traveling again for quite awhile so i can get back on track starting now!  and i am forced to eat minimally today, as i have no food until i run errands...  

    last week for my friday weigh in, i was convinced i had gained (texas trip and all) and i was still the same.  that is all i can ask for while i travel.  i am sure again this week i will have gone up (so much eating on this trip, as usual) but now i am back to the grind (though i hardly have time to run this week, boo)

    not sure if it is true or not.  obviously so far, i have to doubt that, as i eat so much bc i love how it tastes.  once i am skinny, we will see if i think that skinny tastes better than bacon, icecream, cake, sandwiches, avocados, margaritas... 

  • I haven't weighed myself but I have definitely been eating better and exercising. My clothes seem to fit a little better and I definitely have more energy. We shall see come next week when it's time to wear the dress.

  • I weighed myself Sunday and still at the same weight, so that's a big plus for me.

  • Eh. I weighed myself on Sunday with the Wii and was down 4 pounds, BUT I was up a LOT last time and got pissed to stopped doing it for a week. So, I guess I am still just flucuating the same 5 pounds as per my normal. AF is here this week, so now I am sort of afraid to weigh in again. As of right now, there is no food in the house (H is going out of state and I haven't grocery shopped) so we aren't eating the best over the past few days, but it'll shape up by the weekend hopefully.

  • This week was a bust. Because of DH's birthday we ate horribly all weekend and that has kind of carried over into this week until the leftovers are gone. Plus I made DH a german chocolate cake for his birthday and of course AF has been visiting. blah...

    We did do some yard work and walked a lot, but my exercise really suffered too.

  • Even though evil PMS is here this week (I typically skip WI when it's here), I'm still the same weight, which is great considering I ate brownies, ice cream and a slice of cake over the weekend. I ended up cancelling my WW online account, simply because I wasn't being diligent enough with online tracking. I'm still at a 5-6 lb loss, which is good. I'm still pledging to eat healthy, exercise regularly and watch my portions.

  • I've been doing alright. I've been sick and I can't walk without coughing so exercise is definitly out the window. I haven't weighed myself because I don't think it's going to be that great.
  • Haven't weighed myself since brother disowned me and we stopped the biggest loser bet.

    However, here's my log from last week:

    Wednesday: biked 7 miles

    Saturday: swam 550 (.3 miles)

    Sunday: biked 7 miles

    Tuesday: ran/walked 2 miles AND swam 750 (.5 miles)

    Today is a rest day, which is good, I'm a sore monkey

  • Shauni took my quote - even though I'm not really sure I agree with it 100%, it still makes me pause sometimes before stuffing my face.

    I felt like I lost weight, but the scale we were using at DH's work - I refuse to keep on in the house - was stolen (I know...WTF?!) so we had to weigh in at GNC.  It told me I was up like 1.5 lbs.  :(  I'm sure it's just a difference between scales, but it's a bummer finding out I weigh more than I thought I did.  On the brighter side, today I tried to fit into a size smaller jeans and they fit!!!  Granted, they are like my largest pair this size, but dang it, I'm considering it a victory.
