s/o food...

I'm babysitting a friend's 1 year old today, and she always keeps such yummy food in the house...

like oreos.  chicken nuggets.  and nutella.

I don't even buy those things any more because I eat it all!

I've already had nuggets and a bunch of oreos (kiddo is napping, so it was time for my lunch!).

  • I don't know if it's just me but eating something at someone else's house besides my own taste so much better than if I bought it and ate it at my house. Makes no sense at all!

    Not just you!

The worst (not really) part is that she always says to help myself to everything and anything in the house.  So many temptations!

Same here. I used to make smores at this one house I used to housesit at all the time and I've never made them at home.

  • I agree with DeVa.  It's always better at someone else's house.  I love going home to my parent's house for this reason.

  • I love to have a box of the Horizon chocolate milk when I go over to hang out with my niece... but I never buy it for myself... probably because I would drink 10 boxes a day.

  • I am convinced toddler food is the reason why I wasn't able to lose the baby weight as quickly this time around as I did when I had DS. It's food crack!

YES!  When I was a nanny I was constantly stealing bites of their food.  Why are those little organic elmo crackers so freaking good?
