How was Mother's Day? New moms? Do anything special for your mom? Any drama?

Re: QOTD-Monday
It was good. Nothing too exciting. DH and DD got me a watering can and a stepladder (woohoo!) I spent a lot of time cleaning yesterday. For some reason, the cleaning bug took over and I was dusting under the furniture and scrubbing the bottom of the refrigerator.
We went to my parent's house for dinner. DH wasn't feeling well yesterday and my mom thought she may have done something to offend him (she always thinks that whenever he isn't his usual energetic, outgoing self). She felt bad since it was a celebration and his mom is no longer with us
So she called him today to make sure she didn't do anything wrong and then she said she felt stupid when he told her that she hadn't.
I guess the above could be considered lame drama.
How is it that my BABY is going to be 3?

DH and the IL's both got me a card. We took my mom and her gf to lunch at Carrabbas.
Nothing crazy for us. We went to church and then took my mom and step dad out for lunch. We went to our fave Thai place, which was SO yum! Then I went home, called my step-mom and took a nap. I had to remind DH to call his mom 9 times.
Me too!
I swear I thought I replied to this.
We had a really nice weekend. Saturday we slept in a bit, got up and went to lunch at Mango Mango's and went to the beach. B absolutely LOVED it and was a maniac playing in the waves.
Sunday we did brunch with my parents and brother at Copeland's (and ended up sitting next to David Garrard and his family) then went to the Town Center to pick up a few things we needed from Pottery Barn Kids and to let B ride the train. We'd been talking about getting the new iPads and went into the Apple store and they had the ones we wanted, so we each got one. We wandered around a bit more, then headed to dinner and home to relax and let B run around the back yard.
Oh, and my Mother's Day gift was a Keurig - I love it, B makes my coffee for me now!
