Recommendations for a good sushi??
In Baltimore area, medium price range?
This board is slow today. Lets get it going.
Re: Recommendations for a good sushi??
It's not in the immediate area, but J & Y Sushi in Eldersburg is amazing! Reasonably priced, and they give you a free roll "for you to try!"
I've heard good things about Edo Sushi, and Ra.

The only sushi place I've been to downtown is Ra, and their rolls are only medium-priced if you go during Happy Hour. But the food's incredible, so I go there anytime I can.
I live in Harford County and our go-to up here is Fuji Sushi in the Festival shopping center in Bel Air. We order from there far too often, as evidenced by the fact that they know who I am as soon as I say "I'd like to place a carry-out order".
We occasionally go to Kyodai in Towson with friends. It's a revolving sushi restaurant and I love a particular roll there. I have no idea what it's called because I just snag it off the conveyer belt, but it's like a crab salad in the roll. It's tasty.
Sushi King in Columbia is good, too, but it's been forever since I was there last. When we lived in Sykesville in Carroll County, we would go to Sushi King to meet our cravings.
We went to Asahi Sushi in Fells Point yesterday and while I didn't get sushi, everyone else from my work loved it and was raving about how good the food was.
I have several friends who like Ra in Harbor East and Sushi Sono in Columbia.
Nanami in Fell's on the water, by the pirate ship.
RA is always good.
San Sushi in Cockeysville.
Has anyone tried Sticky Rice yet?
RA is awesome. I work in the Inner Harbor so I go there alot. But i like trying new places.
We also go to Sushi San in Canton. They are very reasonably priced. My favorite roll there is the Raven roll. YUMM!!!!
No I haven't tried sticky Rice yet! but I drive by it every day, and I so want too!!!
Sushi King and Sushi Sono in Columbia are great. (they're owned by the same people)
Katana in Elkridge and Clarksville is also very good.
5 cats. 1 baby.
My H works in the Towson Commons building so we're here pretty often. I looove the roll you're talking about - so simple yet so yummy!
I also second the recommendation for J&Y in Eldersburg. Lots of options, great prices, free rolls, and it's super good!
