Does putting chick peas in potato salad only sound like a good idea bc I'm KU? Is H going to get home and think it's gross? He likes chick peas...

Kristina, Ha! I decided to eat the chick peas on the side instead while waiting for H.
Kathy, really?? Potato salad is not typically my thing but chick peas are definately a staple in my house. I toss them with balsamic vinegar and other veggies, but H just eats them right from the can.
Tonight I just needed something to go with corn on the cob.
I'm not a huge potato salad fan, but I could see the 2 textures mixing well....
and I am NOT in your boat. So I think you're good.
PS - Chocolate or vanilla?
