So our microwave broke today. Chase has no problem running out today and dropping $100 on a new one...but is whining and putting off spending $90 on a baby gate for our giant living room door way.

He would SO catch the house on fire. LOL. I swear the mans IQ drops 20 points as soon as he walks in the kitchen.
Turns out it's not broken. The adapter it was plugged into doesn't work. My mom had my sisters old microwave. she gave it to my brother before she moved to Az but we don't really think he will be moving out on his own any time soon so mom gave it to me... We plugged it in in the same place and it also didn't work, so we are going to move the microwave to a different area. If I ever get to redo my kitchen we will pull out the range hood and mount a microwave.
