My friends is in my kitchen
baking cookies. And it is taking every ounce of self control that I have to not be in there, hovering. I had to remove myself, which is why I'm playing on the computer.

Just tell yourself to relax, they'll be fine and it's a nice thing for her to do

How'd you do?
I did alright. I pretty much left her alone.
But, I'm a terrible friend. This friend is staying with us until the end of the month. She and I are really close. But today, because of a variety of things, I really wanted to just kick her out. It wasn't anything that she did, but I miss having the house to myself during the day. I'm sort of a homebody, and I like not having to talk to people sometimes.
She's just gotten divorced and is going through a lot of changes right now, so she can be a lot to handle. And my meds are making me depressed, so the combo is bad. That's the quickest way to explain that.
You're not a bad friend, you're a saint. You don't know what it took for me to be able to share the kitchen stuff with H! And he cooks!
And I get the wanting quiet sometimes. As social as I am, I get like that too.

What kind of cookies did she bake?
I'm like that too. I really like having time to myself before DH gets home. I'm with kids all day that are loud. It's nice to have the quiet after 8 hours of talking
Did I miss a post that you are on meds? Is it just the BCP thing?
