Random Question re: mailing things

I'm going to send some pictures to some family members, probably in a bubble mailer.

If I don't want to go to the post office how many stamps should I throw on there (there will probably be 15 or less 4x6's in any one)

Re: Random Question re: mailing things

  • Do you have a food scale? You can weigh the mailer at home.

And you can go to USPS.com to estimate postage too, by entering in the type of package (envelope), weight, and zip codes.

As a reference, when I mail things for my shop, a 6oz envelope costs about $2.20. That is for one my coupon organizers, including the packaging. Your stuff will weigh less than that. 3 oz costs $1.75.

  • I took it to a satellite USPS and the total was 4.50 for 4 envelopes, the cheapest was .64 and the most was 1.80 maybe
