Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Daycare Update
I went in and discussed the problems I foresaw and explained that this was not going to work out for me, and she seemed irritated. I told her I would work so she wasnt left understaffed (although she should not have counted me in ratio in the first two weeks) As soon as they had an extra person they cut me loose. I was outta there and didnt look back. I didnt even know what else to say. The place is a disaster.... they better get in shape quick in 2 months theyll be getting a visit from State!
a two week notice on my third day wouldve been so weird and awkward, training when I know Im leaving. I wont be going back
