Save the Date - MoCo Mommy/Kids/Baby/(Daddy Optional) GTG June 4

Following up on my post below, looks like the best date for a GTG is the morning of June 4th (or, would Sunday morning work better for people?)

Exact time and date TBD.  I think I have most of your contact info - but, if I don't or if you're unsure, could you post it below?

  • Dang it!  Wrong board.

Oh well, sorry this is baby-related.  I am just going to direct bumpies here, b/c I don't feel like retyping the poll.  :)

  • I should also note - the train/carousel are walkable from Brookside.  There's a trail that connects the two.
  • I voted Brookside Gardens, but I'd be fine with Wheaton Regional or Cabin John too.

  • Yay! The 4th is perfect for us. DH will be taking a professional exam all day and C and I will need something to do.
  • Cabin John only has a train, no carousel like Wheaton.  But I think we would be able to make it too!

Another MoCo gtg for another time might be the splash park up in Germantown (same park area as the Mooseum and their fort play structure).  Maggie has loved it in the past and this year it would be good for Molly now too.  I don't think it opens until Memorial Day weekend but it isn't too crowded in the mornings (opens at 10AM), which is when we go so we still make the afternoon nap.  They have tables and you can bring in food and snacks for the kids.  I think under 2 is free as well.

Let's do this sometime in July!
