dad's back in the hospital
He was having a lot of pain last night, was very weak, etc, so my mom took him back up to Philly and they admitted him again.
Is this ever going to end???
Re: dad's back in the hospital
I'm so sorry to hear that. As someone whose father just had surgery Tuesday, I understand the emotional roller coaster you're on. T&P for you and your family.

Sorry to hear this disappointing news but hopefully they'll be able to help him and he'll be home soon. You and he are in my T&Ps.
Which hospital is he in? HUP?
Someone's getting a little brother!
He's at Jefferson--that's where his docs are.
Turns out he has an infection. I don't understand why they sent him home without antibiotics when his white blood count was high before they discharged him last week. They had given him 1 IV dose of antibiotics because he had a fever at some point during his first admission, but apparently, that didn't take care of it.
I'm so frustrated, disappointed, worried, and generally stressed about all of this.
I just want him to be ok.

Krissi, I am so sorry to hear about this. I know you have been through a lot of stress and it feels like it never ends. I am thinking of you and your dad!
