PSA: Firehouse workouts ( and FCB)
I live less than a mile from the Manchaca firehouse. And the other day as I was driving by there were a couple of the guys our front working out, pushing tires, running etc.
Wow.. talk about eye candy. How have I not seen this before? I need to find out their workout schedule. FCB, do you go visit your DH just to watch? 
If my DH was .. man o man.

Yes, that's a standard workout for firefighters- it's part of their training. How frequently they do it is dependent on the station.
