Baby fever
One of my coworkers just came in with her 3 week old baby, who fell asleep on my chest. My ovaries are aching. Sigh...

Seriously though... you are the baby whisperer. I'm pretty sure that you could make any baby fall asleep on you.
Which is great, as long as the same goes for my own babies! With my luck, they'll be the only ones it doesn't work on.
You beat me to it H! Jess as long as you have a Sophie and your comfy tata's, I'm sure you will be a wonderful mom!
My kid currently takes two one hour long naps a day, and has taken to screetching like a velociraptor.
I could send him over for a day if that helps.
I spent the weekend at my sisters house and at one point DH, my 11 month old niece and I were alone in the living room. I left to go grab something from the bedroom and my niece lost it, apparently not liking being left with only DH. When I got back and picked her up, she immediately stopped crying and snuggled right into my chest. My heart melted and I had my first, "oh crap, I might actually want one of these someday" moment.
Ha! I do think the big boobs help.
Amy, I have to admit that I'm past the point where screaming babies dampen my fever. Clearly sleepy cuddly babies are preferred, but I don't mind the screamers as much as I used to. (Easy for me to say when I can give them back, I know.)
that is my favorite sound ever. it's like he gets so excited, he sucks in a bunch of air and yells. love it.
I enjoy how is accompanied my a full body shake of excitement. And that said excitement is for the funniest things, like the cat or a close of a guy taking a foul shot on the TV.
Josh just recently starting doing this gasp and conspiratorial glance like "OMG - what was that noise?!?" It cracks me up because it's usually like a car driving by or something.
My kid does the crazy screeching too. I love it. I think it's freakin hysterical. In fact, that's how she wakes up in the morning most of the time. Not crying, but screeching. When we go in to get her she's all smiles.
I'm slightly biased but my kid would totally make you want to have a baby!
I can give you my preteen and his mouth that goes along with him. lol.
Logan screeches too. It's so funny!
