My favorite is very dependent on my mood.
Some of my favorites include: Mint chip (but it must be green), peanutbutter fudge, or TCBY's White Chocolate Mousse
I also like Ben & Jerry's phish food or caramel sutra.
I couldn't possibly pick just one!
Coldstone also has a really good blueberry muffin batter right now.

I'm not too picky when it comes to ice cream. My dad makes some killer ice cream!
Blue Bunny Peanut Butter Panic
I'd never turn down ice cream with liberal amounts of peanut butter and/or chocolate in it

Honestly, vanilla is my favorite. Then I can mix it up any way I like - chocolate sauce, fudge, strawberries, 'nanas, caramel, sprinkles, whatever!
I hate anything with chunks of chocolate in it, like the Blue Bunny bunny tracks with the chocolate covered bunnies.
I'm thinking we'll need to make a run to the store tonight. Peanut butter banana smoothie for us, sans the banana for H.
I would trip someone for a cherry dip cone from DQ.
I also like Birthday Cake Remix with white cake instead of brownie from Coldstone.
Really, though, unless there are nuts in it, I've never met an ice cream flavor I didn't get along with.
Chocolate. Blue Bunny, Bryers, or Edy's. Or if I get to go all out, I'd love a cup of dark chocolate gelato from Chocolaterie Stam.
Or an M&M blizzard from DQ. or a chocolate shake from nearly anywhere.
Now I want ice cream.
