What is your favorite saying?
Re: QOTD
It seems to change based on whatever is most influencing my life at any given time. Right now, it's:
"In the end, it'll all be okay. If it's not okay, it's not the end."
BFP on 2.2.11
Well, I have 2 different favorites, I guess.
In casual conversations with friends, etc. it's probably, "So, I've that going for me, which is nice" (or I'll substitute "you" for "me") (a la Caddyshack)
In work situations/meetings, etc, it's probably "In theory, there's no difference between practice and theory, but in practice, there is."
Like Lindsay it changes a lot but lately:
'What are you going to do?" as in nothing you really can do
I have always said 'whatchamacallit' a lot.
i call everything a 'dirty wh0re' if i'm mad :P
i also tend say 'everything happens for a reason' a lot.
oh and when my boss is pissing me off i tend to yell, 'NOT UP IN HERE' at him. LOL
Zoey Emma 08.18.10
When people piss me off who do it often, I always say under my breath "hmm, that's odd".
As a grudge holder, I love this!
I guess the thing I've been saying a lot, although not a saying is "okey dokey then" typically when I don't agree. Or for some reason I say "that's interesting"
It's not my favorite saying, but I sure say it a lot:
"Xander No! No, No, No" and then Xander will shake his head no, and say "no, no, no" while he's doing what he shouldn't be doing.

my blog
"That's what she said"
but really I don't know that I have one.
Nick is famous for adding "or something" to the end of everything he says
"If it's not one thing, it's two." I got this one from my grandmother and never noticed her saying it until someone pointed it out.
My dad's friend used to say "Don't be bitter" before he died.
My great aunt told her kids "We're all hussies in the end." when she started dating a new guy a few years after her husband passed and they had a hard time with her dating was
oooh I also say...
Six of one, half a dozen of another
Right now... " what more important ________ (fill in the blank) or graduation?" Can you guess who I am saying that to?
I also love to use this... "life's rough people... get a helmet".

"Its never a good thing to run towards something, if you are running away from something else."
I got that from "Felicity, An American Girl" movie that came out about 5 years (or so) ago. It really stuck with me, because I was running away from dealing with my dad -- and throwing my life into my horse and competing on him.
My other favorite is..
"Every action has an equal and opposite reaction."
Yes, physics. But I feel that it relates to everyday life too. Karma-esque I suppose.
