Maybe they are one of those people who only poop once a week. Unfortunately, I know 2 people that admitted this to me.
I guess if you only eat once a day, you don't have much to poop. Unless you're Jess & poop rainbows.
I wish Jess would sh!t rainbows more often.
I admit...I'm a little jealous. Rainbows are magical, sort of like mullets.

There's no miracle way to loose weight long term. In order to loose weight and be (and feel) healthy, you must treat your body right. This means, work it (aka exercise) and fuel it with proper foods (i.e. veggies, fruits, protein, whole grain sources (aka major sources of carbs which is main energy source body uses) and yes some fats (unsaturated))
I shake (and scratch) my head in bewilderment when I hear people loosing weight any other way. Long term effects of doing any other way is not good, not good.
