I brought in some leftover grilled chicken and velveeta mac & cheese for lunch today forgetting that I have a lunch meeting with food provided.
Should I let the food I brought go to waste or put it in the freezer and eat Monday? They're both in the same container.
Re: Quick Question
I hate wasting food so I say that if you just made it last night I would just freeze it.
Ditto.
Ha! I'm the complete opposite of Montana and Diane. I rarely eat leftover meat anyway, so even freezing it to wait a couple of days doesn't sound good to me. So I personally would waste it.
I know, I know. I have major issues.

See I'm like that with steak. I absolutely will not eat left over steak.
But chicken and mac n' cheese. Meh, that wouldn't bother me.

holy crap.
When we moved a few weeks ago I danced a happy dance as I got rid of all kinds of foods that DH bought with expiration dates waaayyyy before we started dating (that was 2008, for the record). Cheese. Condiments. Tofu.
Seriously DH? 2006 expiration dates? You DO know it's 2011, right?????????
