So I am thinking about getting my first one to use during sex and first by myself so I can get comfortable with it. This being said I have no clue what to look for or anything about them. So please recommend yours and anything that stands out for you and where you got it. Thank You
Re: vibator question
My husband bought me this
http://www.adameve.com/adult-sex-toys/vibrators/bullet-eggs/sp-evolved-speeding-bullet-armor-piercing-76583.aspx
I loved it but it took weird batteries and they drained super fast (I think it was defective.) Actually reading the reviews it seems like a lot of them die after a couple months.
We ended up buying a very similar but slightly longer one (so that it takes AAA). It's waterproof so you can wash it and it has a silky feel so it feels really natural. We got it at Cirillas. Good luck!

I actually am a goddess with Athena's Home Novelties and we sell sex toys specifically for that purpose. You could contact me and I could show you exactly the product you want.

I'd be happy to help! Vibes are great in the bedroom. They spice things up a little bit, and when you orgasm with him, he'll love it. Also, we have other cremes and things that will heighten sensitivity for you, so you can enjoy the time you have with him even more!

As my first experience with this, I loved the bullet.
Recently I bought the weVibe....verdict is still out.

There are two kinds to use during sex; ones that are mostly for you only and ones that are for while you are having intercourse for the two of you together.
You can start out with a bullet if you or your partner are intimidated by something penis-like. Buy one with varied speeds. Get to know it by using it on yourself in areas other than your vulva/clitoris such as your sore neck muscles or on your breasts, all over. Test different speeds and get to know what YOU like before you introduce it in the bedroom with your partner if you want to. You can of course jump right in and have him help you as well which can be very good for communication.
A phallic style vibrator with out any clitoral stimulator is best IMO for couple use. This way you (manually) or he (manually/orally) can stimulate the clitoris. Clitoral stimulation is paramount to achieve orgasm.
Look for ones that are phthalate FREE. Ones that are water compatible add extra demension as well.
Good luck!
ETA: LUBE is VERY important with vibrators especially. Use water based lube for vaginal use only, silicone is for anal or water play only.

I have been hearing a lot of good things about the We Vibe II. You can purchase it online at tabootoys.com, loverslane.com or other websites. I am most likely going to purchase it in another year or so.
I have a Lelo Nea. It is a funky egg shape that is curved in the center. The curved part goes on his testicles during sex for a vibration experience. You can go on their direct website but not order there. www.lelo.com
I think you can google these products too.
I made the mistake long ago of thinking all vibrators were made equal...and then I went to a romance party...you know one of those home parties...and there are SO MANY to chose from. That got me thinking...
My first pack vibrators were CHEAP and I didnt really like any of them, and I figured all vibrators were basically the same but just look a bit different. Then I decided to buy one that has a clit thing on it, like the bunny vibrators or dolphin ones, you know, with the ability to have the one section stimulating your clitoris while you use the main part like a normal dildo (for some reason this seems awkward to explain, sorry). And WOW what a difference!!!!!!!!! Those ones are always more expensive, but TOTALLY worth it!
My first one came from Pure Romance, but most other companies that sell vibrators are going to have ones with the *** part and a clitoral stimulation part.
My suggestion would be, since you don't even know if you like them yet, get some small, cheapie deal... it'll be the simplest and it won't hurt your wallet if it turns out it's a bust. If you find you're into vibrators, you can splurge on something more fancy pants later.
The bullet/egg style is the most rejoiced by most women I've known, and the pocket rocket is my go-to. Both very cheap ($10-$15-ish) and very versatile.
If you're worried about your partner being intimidated by toys, definitely don't get one that's phallic-shaped. I'd avoid the Rabbit (or the Dolphin, or the Bee, or the Butterfly, or whatever cutesy gimmicky thing they have nowadays) for your first. It's a bit advanced and def. not for everybody.
Material-wise, just stay away from gels and jelly. Not easy to clean (and, in my opinion, is just plain icky to the touch). Silicone's the "proper" route, but in my experience, plastic is just dandy.
Good luck and have fun!
