Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Landlord ??
Ok so out tenant is moving out tomorrow, he is supposed to pay us half of the rent well DH went up there today to ask him for it and he told dh he would come by next month with it. So I want it in writting bc I feel like we are going to get screwed with the rent which pisses me off bc he is such a scumb bag. Our printer is broken would it be ok to hand write an agreement saying that he will come back june 1st with the money he owes us. I am so pissed right now.

I would think that anything in writing would work. And from what i understand even verbal agreements can stand up in court. Better to have something in writing though
