I just got done moving my backyard
And harvesting some lettuce
DH is working tonight so I'm just hanging out. I need to go clean up the house.
Im here. I just finished cleaning up from dinner. Now going to sit down with DH and the doggies and watch Chopped and then Grey's.
Your yard is beautiful! Send over some of that lettuce, it looks yummy!

haha! We're changing up the menu tomorrow and having taco salad! YUM. I have 6 lettuce plants and me and DH are just bearly keeping up with them.
You're lettuce looks great! We have a chilli plant that is going nuts at the moment. I'm wondering whether it will survive being moved when we sell the house, or if we should just cut our losses and leave it here...
Tonight I am all on my lonesome. DH is working 2pm to 6am, and I have taken the dog for a jog and am about to order some pizza. Then maybe some internet shopping....?
I wish I had a yard to plant things... but not yet.
Tonight we are driving 4 hours after DH gets out of work to stay the night in the town where my best friend is graduating college tomorrow. I am super excited to be able to see her graduate :-) We are going out to eat with her and her family afterwards, then I think we'll be making the trek back to MI tomorrow night. As for the rest of the weekend... no definite plans. Probably just hanging out, and maybe if it's nice we'll get outside or go down to the beach.
Earlier this evening, I did some garage sale shopping with my mom and scored some sweet items. I got 2 wicker Pier One chairs for $35 total! Those chairs usually go for $150 a piece! They look brand new, too! I got a few other things, too. I'm usually not a garage sale kind of person, but my mom really enjoys them, and I was pretty excited about my finds.
Then DH and I went out for dinner with my parents, which was really nice. Now we're home watching a movie with one of our friends.
My Blog
I spent last night with my best friend and two friends from college. We haven't all been in the same room in a few years, but now that we all live in the same city again we're going to try to get together regularly. We grilled (despite the cold) and just talked for like five hours. So much fun.
Today I'm cleaning and doing laundry. Might do a closet purge for a clothing swap I have coming up... other than that I've got some TV to catch up on and Netflix to watch, so I think Darren and I are just going to have a cozy night in. It's cold and raining anyway, so why bother leaving the apartment?
