Hi gals! My name is Christen and I'm sorta new to the boards. I was on the 10/10 board on The Knot waaaaayyyyy at the beginning (like 2008). I JUST found the anniversary boards over here on the nest. My local board is dead and I usually just lurk on MM.
Me and the hubbs live in New Orleans with our doxie Bobby Magee. I was laid off in Jan from a job I hated so we are taking this time to focus on the baby-making. The whole idea of getting pregnant is scaring the beejeezus out of me-- not pregnancy or childbirth or anything like that but more like "what will people think- we are so young!" For some reason I still feel 19 when we are 29, married and extremely settled!!! LOL. I blame all those years of shame from the catholic schools- haha.
Anyway- hope to "see" you around!

Welcome, Christen! Nice to "meet" you! Can you tell us anything about your wedding? We love pictures (some on here call it wedding porn), so any you are willing to share would be awesome! Funny that even though we are 6-7 months into our marriages, weddings are still a fav topic.
