Are you going to cry?

Either way?

I will definitely cry if Obama loses, and I may cry from joy if he wins.

Re: Are you going to cry?

  • Nope.  I like all of them for different reasons.

Plus, if Obama wins, I'm hoping NYers will be less obnoxious. Wink

ETA: After they've finishing gloating, that is.

  • By nature, I am not an emotional person.  If I see other people crying, I sometimes get a little teary-eyed myself, but I will deny this ever happened and claim it was allergies.  Embarrassed
  • I don't think I'll cry. I think I'll dance.

I may scream if Prop 8 passes, though. I apologize in advance to anyone who hears me.

I agree with you. I will scream and yell and probably not be a pleasant person to be around in 8 passes.

I saw a Yes on 8 sign on every single freeway overpass this morning *barf*

  • I will either dance with joy or cry, depending on the outcome.

    Ditto.

  • no - not unless I hear an Obama acceptance speech ;)

  • Probably. I am watching the yes we can video right now and it's sparking a tear.

  • I won't cry publicly, just in front of my husband.  I will probably cry at Obama's victory speech, should it occur.  These days, I cry like a baby at the "Yes We Can" video.

  • Yes.

I came into adulthood under the Bush regime. It's been a scary 8 years. Not only is a D going to win (if projections hold), but it's the nation's first African American. Also, it's the first time I have been behind a winning candidate from the get go. It's a very emotional day.

  • I get teary-eyed easily, so after a few glasses of wine I am sure I will get there no matter who wins.  Today just feels extra special b/c of its historic nature.
  • I will cry if Obama wins. If he loses, it will probably take a few days to sink in and I'll be more angry than sad.

  • I'll be another one of those weepy people.

Weeping for joy, hopefully. But unconsolable sobbing could happen if The Unthinkable occurs.

    (I refuse to type it)
